Joseph J. Tinney Jr.

President

Joe leads ARAMARK’s North America business-to-business Facility, Logistics and Remote Workplace Services, and ARAMARK Mexico. His visionary leadership ensures a culture passionate about establishing best practices to advance processes, tools, insights and talent to stay ahead of the challenges our Clients face today and aware of tomorrow’s emerging trends.

Prior to joining ARAMARK in 2004, Joe worked for UNICCO Services Company as Corporate Vice President of Business Development, then as General Manager and Vice President for the company’s Industrial Division. He also held positions of increasing responsibility and ultimately as National Sales Director of the Ogden Corporation.

A member of ARAMARK’s President and Executive Leadership Councils, Joe earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the College of New Jersey (formerly Trenton State College).Joe also serves as a member of the Corporate Relations Council of AFE (Association for Facility Engineering Executive) Roundtable.

Roger Peterson

Senior Vice President, Operations

Roger guides the team responsible for creating Client workplace environments that are measurably better increasing Client employee productivity, satisfaction and retention. His leadership emphasizes seizing every opportunity for even the most incremental evolution of daily operations to continually advance service and deliver measureable results.

He is very active in the facilities management profession currently serving as the Vice Chair and as a Trustee of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Foundation. Before joining ARAMARK, Roger served as a Vice President and Senior Consultant with Impact Management Services and was part of Johnson Controls’ facility management business, serving in several positions of increasing responsibility.

Roger is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science degree and holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston University.

Kevin Humphreys

Vice President, Business Development

Kevin leads the efforts aimed at closely aligning our suite of seamlessly integrated solutions with the Client’s priorities to deliver measurable and sustainable impact that help our Client’s achieve their strategic priorities.

He joined ARAMARK in 1989 as a Division Controller prior to being appointed in 1991 to his first sales position. Since then, Kevin has held various growth related leadership positions, all within ARAMARK’s diverse portfolio of business & industry service offerings, including his previous role as Vice President of National Accounts.

Holding a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Bridgewater College, Kevin has also completed course work at James Madison University, Penn State University and the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Curtis Bragg

Vice President, Strategic Integration

Curtis develops integrated Client-Partner strategies for ARAMARK’s North America business-to-business Facility, Logistics and Remote Workplace Services.

He joined ARAMARK in 2011 after a series of President roles with market leading and niche outsourcing providers. Prior he was Executive Vice President of the Education division of the $2B Managed Services Division of ServiceMaster. His outsourcing expertise extends across many service functions and diverse industry sectors including Aviation, Education, Transportation, Healthcare, Logistics, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Retail, Real Estate, Communications, and Government.

Curtis is a member of the Corporate Relations Council of AFE (Association for Facility Engineering Executive) Roundtable, IFMA, IAOP and CoreNet. He graduated from the prestigious ServiceMaster Executive Development Program and holds a degree in Environmental Technology.

Robert Dawkins

Vice President, Operational Excellence

Robert guides the team responsible for our rigorous delivery processes, industry-leading tools/standards/operating plans, and our truly integrated technologies that empower our employees to deliver service that makes a difference in our Client’s business.

He joined ARAMARK in 2007 bringing over two decades of experience designing programs related to service delivery excellence as well as expertise in Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS). His has successfully driven improvement in safety performance and culture, achieved significant cost savings and improvements in process performance using the Six Sigma methodology and led major organizational change through use of quality management tools.

In addition to earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Mississippi State University, Robert is a retired Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and currently holds certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society for Quality (ASQ). He is a member of ASQ and IFMA.
